Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has explained why Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior is sad.
According to him, Vinicius’ sadness has nothing to do with him having lost the 2024 Ballon d’Or.
Speaking to the media on Monday, Ancelotti stated that the Brazilian striker is unhappy about the floods that have devastated Valencia, Spain.

Anceloti said: “Vinicius Jr is sad but not because of the Ballon d’Or…
“He is sad about what is happening in Valencia.”
Vinicius Jr lost the Ballon d’Or to Manchester City’s Rodri, despite being a big favorite to win it.
He finished second in the voting, while his Madrid teammate, Jude Bellingham, came third.
