In a post on social networks, Comando Con Venezuela described the event as a “criminal attack” and noted that it represents a violation of international conventions that guarantee the inviolability of diplomatic missions and the protection of their facilities.
“After statements by Diosdado Cabello about electricity and services at the Argentine embassy, electrical fuses were stolen. The diplomatic headquarters remains without power,” the organization noted.
In X, Pedro Urruchurtu, one of the asylum seekers and close collaborator of Machado, indicated at 7:00 p.m. local time (23:00 GMT) that the “more than 24 hours without electrical service, since the fuses were removed“, which – he assured – they verified this Tuesday.
Likewise, he pointed out that they have passed more than 72 hours under a “siege by regime security forces” outside the residence, protected by Brazil since last August, after the expulsion of the Argentine diplomats.

The Minister of the Interior of Venezuela, Diosdado Cabello denied on Monday that regime authorities besieged the Argentine embassy in Caracasafter the government of President Javier Milei denounced “harassment” against the ambassador’s official residence.
“Javier Milei is the fascist who governs Argentina (…). “I don’t know what he calls someone being harassed in his embassy, I don’t know, I really don’t know what he accuses us of now,” Cabello said at the weekly press conference of the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).
On Saturday, the Argentine Foreign Ministry denounced “acts of harassment and intimidation” against its embassy and He demanded that Venezuela issue “the necessary safe-conduct passes” so that the opposition taking refuge in the diplomatic headquarters can leave the country.
“The deployment of armed troops, the closure of streets around our embassy and other maneuvers constitute a disturbance of security,” the Argentine Foreign Ministry said in a statement, which has also reported power cuts.
“Let them pay for the electricity, let them pay for the services, we are not going to give them anything,” Cabello ironized.
The Chavista minister also declared that “impunity is over in Venezuela” in reference to former deputy María Corina Machado, whom he described as a “terrorist” and who is in hiding after denouncing fraud in the re-election of Nicolás Maduro on last July 28. The Venezuelan opposition maintains that Edmundo González Urrutia, exiled in Spain after an arrest warrant against him, won the elections.
“Impunity is over for the terrorist María Corina, for the terrorists who accompany her, for those who are generating violence, for those who ask for sanctions (from the United States against Venezuela)”expressed Cabello.
On Monday, Urruchurtu denounced that “the “siege” in the surroundings of the property by State security agents.
Urruchurtu said the situation at the residence “remains tense,” with officials on “the outskirts and a “permanent siege” since 18:00 local time (22:00 GMT) last Saturday. “We have no more information nor have they told us anything, but they remain there,” said the international coordinator of the Vente Venezuela (VV) party, led by Machado.
