HBO published the first trailer for the third season of The White Lotusthe acclaimed drama series that promises to transport viewers to a luxurious resort in Thailand.
The next installment, which will be seen from the February 16, 2025anticipates the arrival of a new group of tourists and an inevitable suspense and mystery plot around a death (a characteristic hallmark of fiction since its first broadcast).
The renowned creator Mike White defined the new batch of episodes as a “satirical and funny look at death, eastern religion and spirituality”.
The 90-second teaser already offers intriguing details, with a Buddhist monk saying a philosophical and provocative phrase: “Everyone flees from pain towards pleasure. But when they arrive, they only find more pain”.
The cast brings together a group of talented internationally renowned actors. Among them are Carrie Coon, Scott Glenn, Walton Goggins, Leslie Bibb, Michelle Monaghan, Parker Posey and the long-awaited return of Natasha Rothwell as Belinda Lindsey, the charismatic masseuse from the first season.
One of the most notable additions is the singer Lisa Manobal, de BLACKPINKwho makes his acting debut in this production. His character is called Mook and it is a wellness counselor of hotel guests.

“I think Mike White is a genius“, declared the artist, who revealed that she cried when she got the role and took acting classes to prepare professionally.
