Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho was in top form as his club Sevilla defeated Las Rozas CF in a Copa de Rey encounter on Wednesday night.
Iheanacho scored a double in a 3-0 victory for García Pepper’s team.
Luis Méndez scored an own goal to give Sevilla the lead in the first half.
Iheanacho doubled the lead on the hour mark and scored his second of the game with 11 minutes remaining.
“Very good; I am very happy to have scored my first goals with this club. It is very good for my confidence and that of the team, which I hope will finish in the top six.” was cited by the Sevilla player.
Sevilla will face Real Sociedad in their next match.
