Fernando Arroyos death – cause of death – Fernando Arroyos, a Los Angeles police officer, who was off duty was shot and killed during a robbery attempt. He was 27-years-old. He was found dead by deputies after he was involved in an altercation in the 8700 block of Beach Street in an unincorporated area of LA County. According to reports.

The report said the off-duty officer was killed while house browsing with his fiancée. They were crossing a roadway in the South LA region at 9:15 p.m. on Monday when they were approached by a truck with three men who made an attempt to rob them. It was in the altercation that officer Fernando lost his life. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with honors. He was a 3-year veteran of LAPD assigned to the Olympic Division.

No one is yet to be charged with the murder of officer Fernando Arroyos but three men and two women were detained in Florence on Tuesday afternoon in connection with the death and the names of the five people detained are not being released at this time.

LAPD Headquarters announced his death on its official Facebook page. In a statement, the Headquarters said they mourn the loss of officer Fernando Uriel Arroyos who was killed while off-duty in a senseless act of violence. Officer Arroyos is survived by his parents & girlfriend. “We mourn the loss of Officer Fernando Uriel Arroyos who was killed while off-duty in a senseless act of violence. Officer Arroyos is survived by his parents & girlfriend. God bless his family who lost their loved one, & the men and women of the dept during this difficult time.”

Fernando Arroyos ‘s obituary will be organized and released by the family.
