Football icon Cristiano Ronaldo has been congratulated by Tesla and social media platform X owner Elon Musk.
Musk congratulated Ronaldo, after the Portuguese scored twice in A-Nassr’s 3-1 victory over Al-Gharafa in the AFC Champions League on Monday.
Al-Nassr traveled to Al Bayt Stadium on Monday to play their fifth AFC Champions League group stage match.
Ronaldo and company were third in Group B before the clash.
After a goalless first half, Ronaldo put the visitors ahead in the 46th minute, finishing off a cross from Sultan Al-Ghannam.
Angelo Gabriel made it 2 for Al-Nassr in the 58th minute after a nice exchange with Otávio.
Ronaldo scored again in the 64th minute to extend his team’s lead.
Joselu, former Real Madrid striker, scored for the hosts in the 75th minute.
After the match, Ronaldo took to his X account to post footage of his goal celebration during the match and captioned it with:
”Big win tonight!”
Elon Musk responded:
“Congratulations!”
