Victor Osimhen has been praised by his club Galatasaray after his outstanding overhead kick goal over the weekend.
The club described Osimhen’s overhead kick goal in Saturday’s 3-0 win at Antalyaspor as more than a photograph, but a work of art, in a statement on its Instagram page on Sunday.
The Nigerian striker produced a spectacular effort that will remain indelible in the annals of world football to close the scoring for the visitors two minutes into added time in the Week 9 Süper Lig Game fixture at Corendon Airlines Park, Antalya.
It was the third league goal for the 25-year-old, who opened his account with a brave strike in the 3-3 draw against Kasimpasa before being suspended for two with a hamstring injury.
