“We must debate, they are trying to illegally and unconstitutionally take away our acronym. What do we do? We defend, or we play another game”he stated to his followers this Friday at a meeting held in the town of Lauca Ñ.
Morales assured that “with the support of the United States” Arce is trying to put an end to the MAS, which is the “largest political movement in the country.” In that sense, he warned that if this were the case, “there is no left-wing party in Bolivia,” several local media reported.
“It will be Lucho, the empire, the gringos or the comments of some journalists who try to divide; they are wrong, “They are not going to divide us in the Tropics of Cochabamba either unionally or electorally.”emphasized Morales, who accused Arce of plotting a “self-coup” last June to reinforce his image.

The Constitutional Court ratified the congress held in El Alto in which Grover García, related to Luis Arce, was recognized as leader of the MAS.
